Closing Checklist

The following is a list of what a buyer/seller should bring to a closing:

Buyer

  • Cash to close amount must be received via wire transfer or cashier’s check payable to Esquire Title
  • Photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID)
  • Social Security Number(s), or Tax ID Number (actual card not needed)
  • If you are married, your spouse must attend, unless other arrangements are made.

Seller

  • Photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID)
  • Social Security Number(s), or Tax ID Number (actual card not needed)
  • If you are married, your spouse must attend, unless other arrangements are made.
  • Cash to close amount must be received via wire transfer or if allowed, cashier’s check payable to buyer’s title company
